While no one strategy achieves these goals, telecoms applications both for mobile devices and land-lines can play their part in making businesses more competitive, in driving sales and improving the interface with customers.

As well as providing an extensive range of touch-tone systems we are recognised as pioneers in interactive voice-based services. Our applications can be used to automate first-line enquiries to efficiently direct callers, to providing information (e.g. the status of an order) to capturing customer data such as meter readings, order numbers and name and address details. We're also helping companies sell increasingly complex products through voice interaction.

Mobile Marketing

  • Premium rate SMS - Invomo has an extensive catalogue of memorable SMS short-codes to drive your SMS campaigns. Premium rate mobile applications include access to value added content (e.g. betting tips, news and sports feeds and dating services), competitions and adult services. Real-time statistics are available to monitor the performance of promotions and revenues.

  • SMS broadcast - you can supply a list of pre-defined mobiles that we simultaneously text for you. The message can consist of up to 160 characters. It dovetails with our off-the-shelf SMS response products.

  • SMS response – we can set-up SMS campaigns for companies or, using their secure Enable portal login, our customers can easily do this themselves. A short-code is selected that can be applied to run promotions such quizzes, polls and votes.
  • Txt-2-Screen - this product aggregates in-coming texts to broadcasters' short codes on a single server. All messages are checked for profanities and the system complies with OFCOM and ITC regulations. Texts are shown in email format and can be reviewed, edited, deleted and approved as appropriate.

  • SMS picture – media companies have an insatiable need for up-to-the-minute news and audience content. With SMS picture, it's easy to capture and present images sent by the public. All pictures are aggregated in a password protected interface and can be accessed and forwarded to an email account to be reviewed and presented as appropriate.

Automated telephony services

Invomo offers a wide range of automated touch-tone systems. We provide off-the-shelf or customised interfaces and are highly experienced at ensuring that all calls are captured and efficiently processed whether it's answering and forwarding calls to agents or providing automated payments for services such as pay per view.

Speech Services

As well as touch-tone services, interactive speech products are now coming of age. The latest systems are highly advanced yet easy to use and deliver a fluid and natural call experience that enhances customer service. So flexible is speech technology that it can be applied across a range of applications:

  • Call centre filtering - voice technology can process administration enquiries such as verifying account, member or order numbers.

  • Self service - speech systems can remove entire processes from call centres to reduce and enable agents to cater for higher-value transactions. Data capture technology integrated with payment systems can manage complete tasks such as bill payments for road fund licenses, council tax, parking fines and utility invoices. The technology can also provide detailed information to customers such as the status and delivery date of orders, the location of stores and timetable data and even sell complex products such as travel insurance. With all hosted applications, our systems connect directly and in real-time to customers' back office CRM and databases.

Interactive Services

  • Smart competitions - a range of broadcasters are increasingly using our interactive voice-based Smart Competitions system that provides off-the-shelf or customised applications for competitions. Front-ended by a premium rate number, entrants dial into our hosted voice systems and follow the list of instructions to provide answers and leave their details.

  • Winner Selection Service - meeting the latest compliance challenges. This smart application, hosted by Invomo, has access via a simple web interface. Your competition entrants can place their entry by SMS, Website or an IVR, giving everyone an equal chance of becoming your winner. A key feature of this application is that you can't access the database of entries until the competition has closed, and once it has closed one quick click of a button will start our random generator into action giving you your winner in a split second. All this and the database store all the information you need for easy tracking and reference.
